This is a very strong portrait with impressive technical aspects and a strong emotional impact. The model's pose is strong and the framing of her face really makes the piece feel complete. It was an interesting choice to frame just above the bangs and just below the collarbone; I feel this makes for a nicely balanced image with the face inhabiting approximately the top half and the neck/torso the bottom of the photo. The makeup, hairstyle and choice of earrings are expressive without being overwhelming - there is humanity in this photo. They are also contribute to a well-coordinated, earth-tone color palette. This doesn't look like just another airbrushed fashion portrait.

Finally, the lighting on this shot is really beautiful. It's luminous without being harsh and casts warm shadows that go well with the aforementioned earth tone of the image. Overall, a very pleasing image. Well done!
